Dr. Seymour is the Vice President and National Practice
Lead of Workforce and Business Transformation in North America for Arcadis – a global design & consultancy firm for natural and built assets. She received her doctoral and master’s degrees from the Georgia Institute of Technology and the University of California-Berkeley, respectively. She currently serves on the External Advisory Board for the School of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Georgia Tech as well as the Lovinklaan Foundation – an employee-led foundation advocating for the empowerment of all employees to reach their full potential and drive meaningful change.
