Leaders Council
The Southern Environmental Law Center’s Leaders Council brings together mid-career professionals and forward-looking environmental leaders who share a strong connection to the South and SELC’s mission. The Council is dedicated to understanding and supporting SELC’s work as a national leader in environmental law and advocacy, grounded in the people, places, and challenges of the South, translating deep regional knowledge into impact that shapes environmental outcomes far beyond the region. These leaders play a critical role in building a strong environmental movement — now and in the future — by engaging and sharing their knowledge with their communities of friends, family, colleagues, and neighbors.
