Legal Administrative Assistant II
Victoria provides legal and administrative support to three SELC attorneys from her base in the D.C. office. She conducts legal research on environmental issues, tracks local, regional, and national environmental news, and collaborates with SELC partner organizations.
“I’ve really enjoyed working on the climate funding freeze litigation, and I’m excited to learn more about how environmental justice intersects with our water and energy work,” she said. “SELC is dedicated to centering underrepresented communities in environmental protection and environmental health policies. This advocacy is needed now more than ever, and I’m excited to be working at the intersection of environmental justice and public interest.”
Victoria grew up in the contrasting environments of New York City and Hermosa Beach, Calif. Her favorite spot in the SELC region is one that she frequents often because it’s nearby: “I’ve really enjoyed running along the Mount Vernon Trail along the Potomac River.”
