Dustin Williams

Development Officer

Dustin works alongside the SELC team of passionate and talented legal advocates who protect the natural resources and communities of the South. Through personal relationships and engaging with local communities in Alabama and Tennessee, his goal is to forge lasting connections that increase support for SELC’s strategic priorities and programs and help donors maximize their impact.

“I am proud to contribute to SELC’s mission of using the power of the law to defend the environment and promote a healthy and equitable future for all,” Dustin said.

Dustin came to SELC with more than a decade of experience fundraising for health and education and is excited to utilize his expertise to benefit the environment. Originally from Nashville, he enjoys visiting Cades Cove, an isolated valley in the Tennessee section of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park where his family often visited when he was a boy. Today he sees environmental policy in action there: “The Smokies are an incredible example of the impact of the Clean Air Act, which has been used to help the park make significant improvements in air quality in recent decades.”
