Caitlin Gilmore

Salesforce Administrator

Caitlin supports the SELC development and communications teams as the Salesforce system administrator and its integrations such as Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot).

Within the Salesforce ecosystem, Caitlin handles administrative functions like user account maintenance and trainings, as well as managing data flows and reporting. She also coordinates new requests, and serves as liaison between users, SELC’s IT team, and external vendors.

“I enjoy bringing all that I’ve learned in managing databases and projects for the past 10 years to an organization that’s tackling today’s environmental issues on multiple fronts,” Caitlin said. “SELC has a really thoughtful and dedicated team that can advocate for small rural communities to have clean air, but also can scale up and hold the federal government behemoth and multibillion-dollar oil companies accountable.”

Originally from Austin, Texas, Caitlin loves being around mountains and forests. She makes regular trips to hike in Shenandoah National Park and the surrounding area. “It doesn’t matter the season, though fall is my favorite,” she said. “That region of Virginia and its famous blue ridge never fails to make me smile.”
