Mr. McLean is an environmentalist, philanthropist, and entrepreneur. As a healthcare entrepreneur, he co-founded and served as COO of Inovalon, a healthcare data analytics firm. Mr. McLean is a Director of the Adiuvans Foundation, whichfocuses on combatting climate change, advancing early childhood wellbeing, and advancing racial justice. He serves as adjunct faculty at the Frank Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy at the University of Virginia. Mr. McLean founded and serves on the board of the Community Climate Collaborative. He is a graduate of UVA and earned his MBA at Duke University.
