Mindy Campbell
Paralegal
Mindy is a North Carolina Board Certified Paralegal with extensive experience supporting complex litigation and advocacy for SELC’s Water, Wetlands & Coasts, and Energy programs. She assists with all stages of litigation, including discovery management, legal and factual research, and the preparation and filing of pleadings in North Carolina state and federal courts, including matters before the U.S. Supreme Court. Mindy also manages public records requests and those made under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), ensuring accuracy and procedural compliance.
Motivated by a core belief that everyone deserves access to clean water and affordable energy, she proudly supports SELC’s mission to protect natural resources, promote energy equity, and serve communities across the South.
One of her favorite places in the South is a family vacation at North Carolina’s Outer Banks.
